19th – Mummy didn’t go to work today as we had to go to the doctors – I now have anti-biotics for my chest and throat and mummy has some tablets for Hayfever – we’re doing well between us. We went to Asda for essential supplies – sweets. Oh, okay we did get milk and bread etc whilst we were there. We spent some time in the garden and I painted my car again (not as bad as Uncle Teddy at my age who actually painted the neighbours car with bright pink emulsion…..and the front door………and the lamp post………). We sat on the picnic blanket eating Doritos and Salsa dip, followed by apples and cheese. I had a midday nap on the settee – for 3 hours! When I woke up the sun had gone and the wind and dark clouds had come out. It still felt warm but we weren’t sure if that was our temperature or the weathers – so we stayed in just to be on the safe side. More crisps and apple this afternoon with milk and lots of duice. Needless to say I didn’t eat my tea. I have been dry all day, inclusive of my sleep.
2019: Last day of work before the weekend. Was gonna call round and see mum on the way home but, an accident on the A146 and a huge diversion, put paid to that. One week and we’ll be on our way to Wales. I’m a bit leaner than I want to be for the charity run so have been bulking up with carbs this week, but a fasting day next Tuesday and colonoscopy next Wednesday may flush it all out again (along with any healthy microbiomes I may have left considering all my childhood antibiotics – hoping I don’t have to ever go on the long term antibiotics for Crohns)

Try probiotics

Thank you. I do take these sporadically. Remembering to take tablets is not my strong point!

There are foods that contain probiotics like unprocessed cheese, vinegar, yoghurt, kimchi etc. Best of Luck!
