June 13th – From the Farm to Home Comforts

1999: I got up at 11 o’clock last night, walked into mums bedroom, around the bed, climbed in and curled up.  Mum thinks I did it all in my sleep but really it was just a good ploy.  At two a.m. mum took me back to my own bed due to too much wriggling (mine apparently).   Mummy cut my hair this morning, then I got bathed and dressed and we went to the Farm and mummy rode a small trike around whilst I sat on the back.  She did look funny with her knees sticking out at 45 degrees!  We saw the animals and I rode a horse and went on the roundabout 3 times.  I had an ice-cream and juice and after 3 hours of adventure we went home.  I fell asleep on the settee at two and at 3.30 mum woke me up and we ate roast dinner in the garden.  I did two poo’s in my pants, the second resulting in me having to come in at six and be stripped and showered off in the bath.  Reckon mum thinks we’re still at the farm – I’m not a horse in need of hosing down you know.

2019: Used to love Marsh Farm. Infact, we ended up getting  an annual pass so spent lots of time there. Weekday off whilst the missus is at work. Went to pick up my step bruv Kiegan and had a chilling boys day at home and movie night tonight. Off  again tomorrow which is good apart from having to then work the weekend!

I may do stupid things and make light of them but deep down there’s a reason and I love exploration, even if I cannot fully understand the outcome!
