1999; Mum eventually got up at 7.50 which is a bit of a problem when you have to leave in 35 minutes. Here we go again ………………………… We made it, just about! Nan picked me up at 11.30 and Bomper was at home. He had bought me some pull-ups and Nan has bought me the illusive rubbers and a travel pot! Uncle Teddy came round and he took me for a ride on his pushbike. I was so excited and went running in to tell Nanny. Only problem was I ran into the wing mirror of her car instead. This evening I showed everyone how I can play football, complete with falling down and lying still for a minute to two, and then getting up and rubbing my leg. I have started counting things and can count to 5 all on my own and to 10 with prompting.
2019: Glad I went to rugby and didn’t stick too long with football, although spent quite a bit of time on the ground, with exception of two air ambulance trips! And as for counting – not easy with dyscalculia although did manage to get a grade D Maths eventually. Kiegan was over again last night and today Zof and I went to cider festival at The Norman Warrior with Mum and Mark. Great ciders but not so the weather. Ended up back at their watching Mary Poppins Returns – well Mark did; we all fell asleep
